Bringing Deliciou’s personality
to life with a website overhaul
Deliciou Seasonings is a brand offering a range of premium, flavour-enhancing seasonings. While the brand has strong products, it lacked a clear, consistent voice to connect with its audience and effectively communicate its value, particularly through its primary sales channel: the website.
The objective
The objective was to revitalise the Deliciou brand, focusing on its website as the key point of interaction with customers. The goal was to inject personality and character into the brand, create an engaging user experience, and ensure that the website was not only visually appealing but also aligned with the brand’s personality and ethos.
The solution
A comprehensive rebranding of the website was carried out, including a complete overhaul of the layout and navigation to enhance usability. The design introduced unique character illustrations, along with rewritten copy that infused the brand with a fun, approachable voice.
The outcome
The website became more engaging and user-friendly, with improved navigation and an overall enhanced experience for customers. The rebranding successfully strengthened the brand’s identity, making it more distinctive and recognisable, which in turn fostered greater customer engagement and loyalty.
