This project focused on modernizing and refreshing an outdated transport communications template system to better align with the current transport brand. The updated design was aimed at improving flexibility, accessibility, and visual appeal across all formats and media.
The objective
The goal was to take the existing, outdated templates and refresh them to be more visually accessible, aligned with the transport brand, and adaptable across a range of formats — from print and digital to web and animated content.
The solution
I developed a modular template system that uses block color, a key line, and a modal icon to visually separate each mode of transport. This makes each mode easily identifiable from both close and far distances, ensuring clarity and accessibility in various contexts. The templates support multiple aspect ratios (wide, tall, square) and are optimized for use across print, digital, web, and motion formats, ensuring the design remains flexible and scalable.
The outcome
The refreshed templates brought a more modern and cohesive look to the system, improving visual accessibility and brand alignment. They streamlined production, enhanced consistency, and allowed for more efficient communication across all media. The system is now actively used in various campaigns, providing a functional and visually effective solution for transport communications.
